Pipkin

Pipkin is an adorable tiny Mini-Rex with velvety soft gray fur.

Pipkin sadly came from a confiscation case where he along with 40 other rabbits where kept in deplorable conditions. After Pipkin was rescued we worked with him in foster care to give him lots of TLC and help him trust humans again. He flourished in foster care and became a sweet loving rabbit.

Pipkin is GREAT with kids. He’s super playful but loves lots and lots of cuddles and attention. Sadly Pipkin was adopted to two different homes that had children. through no fault of Pipkin’s he has been returned twice because the child lost interest in him. This is the reason that we do not adopt rabbits for children but instead as a family pet. If the parent doesn’t want the rabbit then we do not adopt. Unfortunately sometimes people are well intentioned and they think they want a rabbit as a family pet when really they only want it for their child. For this reason we will not adopt Pipkin to a home with children. It’s very sad because he is wonderful with kids.

Pipkin has been through too much in his little life already. He deserves to have a forever loving home. He is a terrific rabbit and really loves attention. He would also make a great bunny friend for a female rabbit.

Only serious adopters that want to love and care for Pipkin for the next 10 years need inquire about adopting him. Adopters will have to be prepared for a two part screening process because we want to make sure this sweetheart never has to be homeless again.
