Obsidian

Obsidian is a darling neutered male.

Obsidian was very shy when he was first rescued.
His teeth were jagged and had to be filed down. He likely wasn’t given timothy hay in his previous home.

Obsidian is such a sweetheart. He’s really come out of his shell and loves to be pet.

Obsidian was adopted in July 2018, but sadly returned in April 2019 due to the adopter having to move. The rental market in California is in a very sad state. It is so limited that often times people are not able to take their pets with them. The cost to purchase a home is too high for a lot of people causing them to have to give up their pets.

Obsidian was bonded to another rabbit, but sadly for him and for her they were split up. The adopters family member was willing to keep one of the rabbits, but couldn’t keep both. Rabbits that are bonded are bonded for life. Separating the will cause them to both grieve. Unfortunately, we couldn’t convince Obsidian’s previous owner to let us have his friend.

Obsidian would love to have a bunny friend and a forever home.

Obsidian was bonded to Princess Foo Foo and Adopted April 2019!
